Returns / Refunds

Returns and refunds are reviewed based on product condition, order type, and whether the item was custom, installed, special-order, or opened.

Return Review

Contact Innotech before returning any item. Return approval may depend on product condition, packaging, timing, and whether the product was custom ordered or used for a project.

Unopened Products

Unopened standard products may be eligible for review. Approved returns may need to be in original condition with all parts, packaging, and order information.

Custom or Installed Items

Custom-cut, installed, special-order, modified, or project-specific materials may not be returnable unless Innotech confirms otherwise.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, the timing and method may depend on the original payment method and payment processor.

Labor and Service Work

Labor, troubleshooting, programming, installation, design, and service work are handled separately from product returns and may not be refundable once completed.
